| Tax and title is something that you cannot negotiate, it is set by the state, everything else if fair game. The dealership will have you pay an estimated amount for tag and title. If they have collected too much they will send you a refund. |

This was never a problem at the dealership I worked at. The accounting department was very efficient. They were customers also and assisted whenever needed. The dealerships do not want the state looking over their shoulder.
