28. TAKE A TEST DRIVE
If you have brought the vehicle in for a specific repair, after the work is done request a test drive with the technician that performed the work on your car. Do not take the vehicle back if the problem is not fixed to your satisfaction. Do not feel bullied or embarrassed and don’t back down. You paid a lot of money for that vehicle and probably for the repair and you deserve to have it fixed properly.
