complaints that tire pressure was not checked, filters were not changed, and fluids were not checked and topped. Before you leave the dealership, check the tire pressure (you can buy a gauge at any auto parts store) and spot-check the fluids. The service managers told me straight out that they would never have the time to check everybody’s tire pressure and fluids. The dealership I worked at charged the customer for the work but did not do the job.
If you have any concerns about your new vehicle that you have not brought to the attention of the dealership as of the first service, now is the time to do it. Do not let problems go. Make certain that it is documented and you have a copy of the invoice.
